IF WE BURN, is a non-periodical, self-published bookazine project that aims to open up a space for political opinions and expressions—something which have been silenced so gravely in an era ruled by the military junta and all the disguised despots.

Consisting of various narratives from people across different generations, the bookazine kicked off with the ‘BEFORE’ issue which focuses mainly on the times before the resurgence of the spirit of democracy in Thailand in 2020.

The total of 20 pieces of work—ranging from short stories, poems, dialogue play, interview, drawings, comics to photographs—are accompanied by new illustrations, color-printed on 120 gsm paper, and impressively assembled in a thread-sewn binding which leaves the bare spine distinctive with red threads.
