Destroy, She Said by various contributors
(Author)

A collection of short stories by female writers, who came together to celebrate womanhood, even though the act of doing so can be read as discriminative. Yet they gathered, not because they are female but because they all write. They write differently, but with the energy akin to one another, using the language not so different from one another, and expressing emotions that are relative to one another. They are not the same, yet they are more similar to one another than they are to him or to them. When they unite, they write. If what men write serves as a vessel of creation, then perhaps the ones by women hold the function to destroy.

In this collection of short stories, you will encounter women who murder their husbands, those consumed by television, prostitutes ridden with diseases, those who go to get tattoo, those who attend the funeral, those who start a revolution, those who learn to love, those who learn not to love, and those who are indifferent to love, to life, or to death.
